Ducon will arrange for Samples to be sent to Contractors for Site Approvals.
Site acceptance often starts with physical samples under real project conditions. Ducon coordinates sampling so contractors can evaluate performance, finish, and compliance on site without delaying your sales process.
Ducon will work with your clients to achieve Consultant Approvals along with Profile submissions.
Specification and consultant gates can slow projects when documentation is incomplete. Ducon supports profile submissions and approval workflows so your clients clear technical reviews with the confidence of factory-backed product data.
Ducon will process your clients LPO and prepare for supply.
Once the Local Purchase Order is issued, Ducon processes the order, aligns quantities and schedules, and prepares production and logistics so supply is ready when the project requires it.
Ducon will coordinate with the site Engineer for deliveries.
On-site coordination with the engineer keeps deliveries sequenced to programme needs—reducing idle trucks, shortage risk, and last-minute chaos so your reputation for reliability stays intact on every project call-off.
Ducon will produce the invoices and follow on collection.
Accurate invoicing and disciplined follow-up protect cash flow for both parties. Ducon issues invoices and supports the collection cycle so commercial close-out keeps pace with supply and delivery milestones.
